Introduction

Some of windshields have small radius of curvatures in top and bottom curve edges. Wider PVB films are required but with large area of surplus film after trimming relatively to large curvature of windshield. PVB-SSC PVB films stretching, shaping and cutting production line is specially design to heat up PVB film so that the film is soft enough to be reshaped into curve trapezoid form. This special form matches the windshield such that lesser surplus of film are remained after trimming. This system averagely saves 10% ~ 20% of PVB films.
