- IG-BTC butyl tape coating tool used together with pre-extruded BST butyl tape
- Bench tool screw fix on working table
- Available in IG-BTC-M manual tool & IG-BTC-E electrical driven tool
- IG-BTC-M manual tool is recommended if spacer bars are not straight & stiff enough
- Holds two butyl tape discs at one time
- Unwind both butyl tape discs at synchronize speed while feeding spacer bars
- Just feed spacer bars into the tooling & butyl tapes coated on spacer bars by itself
- Adjustable for different widths & heights of spacer bars
- Butyl tape coating height on spacer bars are adjustable
- Suitable for different widths & thicknesses of butyl tape
- Eliminate expansive delicate butyl extruding machine
