Operation

Washing & Drying

First piece of glass is loaded on glass washing machine. Glass is then washed thoroughly by cylindrical brushes. It is then pre-dried by sponge and final dried by air knife.

Assembly & Tilting

After washing, first piece of glass moves to ball castor table. The table is then tilt up. Spacer frame is put and adhered on glass edges by means of butyl sealant. Meanwhile, second piece of glass is washed. Operator removes second glass from washer and pairs it on top of first glass pane while it is kept incline on tilting table. When it is well assembled, table tilts down to horizontal. Glass is then conveyed downstream.

Rollers Pressing

Well assembled insulated glass finally enters into this machine. Glass then passes through top and bottom press rollers until primary seal is well done. Semi-finished insulated glass is then unloaded at exit end and is ready for secondary seal.
