High Selective Absorption
Desiccant is a kind of molecular sieves with extremely high water absorbing ability. High water capacity provides enough dew point protection in IG system. It’s very low adsorption of air or other inert gas such as Ar or SF6, minimizes co-adsorption in the sealed space of IGU and hence, eliminates the deflection of the IG system. Once desiccant absorbs water moisture, it holds and locks moisture and never releases.
Low Dust
Extremely low dust level eliminates any dust in the IG system while dispensing molecular sieve into IGU and thus, keeping the IG system and environment clean.
Dispensing
Two types of molecular sieves are available. One is suitable to be filled up with automatic dispensing machine. Another is filled up with vibrating and gravitational dispensing devices or even manually
Compatibility
It is compatible to any kinds of spacer bars, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and reinforced plastic, etc. This water adsorbent is extensively applied in insulated glass manufacturing with any kinds of sealants such as polysulfide, silicon, polyurethane and PIB hot melt butyl, etc.
Residual Moisture
IG molecular sieve is fully activated to low residual moisture before delivery，and can be filled in the IG system right after unpack with no further treatment.
Rubber Spacer
IG molecular sieves are also extensively applicable to rubber spacer bars production.
