| This drilling machine is numerically controlled.
It is very suitable to drill several holes on
hundreds of pieces of glass for mass production
at high productivity. There are two drilling spindles,
one in the front and another at the back. The
glass can be moved horizontally on the roller
for X-axis registration. The drilling spindle
moves up and down along a sturdy bridge for Y-axis
registration. The high accuracy of concentricity
of both spindles and the precise registration
of the glass provide an extremely high accuracy
of hole position. Movement is done by servo motor.
With the innovative vertical design, loading
and unloading of even jumbo size of glass is
no more a heavy task. By simply pressing buttons,
this machine will drill all the holes automatically
one by one without moving the glass manually. |
