| This is our UNIQUE design where the bending
and tempering is done within the same furnace.
The operation is described as follows,
1. Flat glass is loaded inside the furnace.
2. After it has been bent to shape, the glass
basin is immediately unloaded into the quenching
section for tempering and cooling.
This furnace reduces the time for annealing
and thus, greatly increases productivity. |
