Laminated glass production machine
(without autoclave)

CHARACTERISTIC

1. Laminated glass is made in this machine. NO AUTOCLAVE OR ROLLER PRESS IS REQUIRED. The laminated glass made from this machine is finished product.

2. Vacuum rubber ring and vacuum rubber bag are not required. For details, please refer to the technical description of each model.


TYPE OF GLASS TO BE MADE

This machine is used to make different type of laminated glass such as,

1. laminated glass for decorative and architectural purposes.

2. polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) panel which is transparent allowing light passing through when voltage applied and opaque when voltage shut off.


EVA INTERLAYER FILM

The laminated glass made out of this machine requires no PVB. Instead, a special interlayer film EVA is used to bind the glass. Not like PVB, EVA film is easy to be handled such that it requires no control in temperature and humidity. Hence, no assembly room is needed and thus, air-conditioner and de-humidifier are not required. The laminated glass can be made from one piece of EVA film such that excellent anti-penetration strength is obtained without any glass fragmentation in case the laminated glass is broken accidentally.


DECORATIVE SUBSTRATE MATERIAL

When decorative purposed laminated glass is made, in addition to the EVA film, different types of decorative substrate material can be put in between the two pieces of glass to obtain different patterns. The material could be paper, silk, PET film or non-woven cloth on which pattern or graphic is printed or made. The configuration of this type of laminated glass is shown below,

 
This laminated glass is used for decoration with excellent anti-penetration strength. The pattern and graphic will not be contaminated and stay inside the glass permanently without any deformation nor destruction. Some of the pattern and graphic are shown below,
 
       
 
       
 
We provide two series of laminated machine. LM-AF-T is a tilting design and LM-AF-C a chamber design.

In Summary,

1. LM-AF-T is fast in production cycle. It takes only 15 minutes to complete. It has only one storey for every batch and so it is suitable to process small volume of quantity. In case high volume of production is required, this model can also be achieved with continuous loading and unloading of the two tables situated in the two sides of the oven.

2. LM-AF-C-H has several storey for every batch of production and it is very suitable for large volume of production. When all the loading is done, just start the oven and the operator is then free to do other jobs.

3. LM-AF-C-V is suitable to do both flat and curve glass processing.

4. LM-AF-C-HV is a combination of LM-AF-C-H and LM-AF-C-V. In addition to LM-AF-C-H, LM-AF-C-HV has one more trolley which is particular designed to process curve glass.
