Turntable Increases Productivity

Turntable is a very simple design. While glass is being gun sprayed inside spraying chamber, next glass loading is put on the turntable outside spraying chamber. After glass inside is painted, turntable brings glass out of chamber while bringing next glass in. Gun begins to work when glass outside is being unloaded and next glass is being loaded. This process minimizes gun idle downtime and consequently maximizes production throughput.
